Your Clients. Your Reputation. My Responsibility.
When you refer a client to me, you’re putting your name behind me. I take that seriously. My job is to give them a lending experience that reinforces the trust they already have in you, with clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and no last-minute surprises.

Protect Your Reputation
Your client’s experience with me reflects back on you. I stay responsive, communicate clearly, and make sure they feel taken care of from pre-approval through closing.
Speed to Close
I work toward an early Clear to Close, regularly in three weeks or less. I stay ahead of potential issues, keep the file moving, and do everything I can to avoid delays that put the transaction or your commission at risk.
More Options When Things Get Tight
With access to 130+ lenders, one lender saying no does not necessarily mean the deal is dead. When a scenario gets complicated, I have more places to look for a solution. If another lender has already denied or stalled the file, send them over — a second look often finds another path.
Support Your Business
I’m not interested in being the lender who only calls asking for referrals. I want to be a resource you can lean on to answer questions, solve problems, help your clients, and ultimately make your business stronger.
Realtor F.A.Q.
What should a Realtor look for in a mortgage lending partner?
Look for clear communication, realistic preapprovals, early identification of problems, and a lender who stays engaged through closing — not just through the preapproval letter.
How do you keep Realtors updated during a mortgage transaction?
I communicate at key milestones and raise material issues early. You should know where the financing stands without having to chase me for an update.
How strong is the preapproval you give my buyer?
It is based on a real review of income, assets, credit, and loan options — not a soft pull and a form letter. The goal is to catch problems before the buyer is under contract.
Can you help a VA buyer who is PCSing to Fort Bragg?
Yes. As an Army veteran, I understand the timing that comes with a PCS: remote preapproval, entitlement, occupancy, and existing housing obligations. We can get a lot done before they arrive.
Can you explain a VA offer to the listing agent if they have concerns?
Yes. I can address legitimate questions about VA appraisals, property requirements, timelines, and financing without sharing the buyer’s private financial details.
Can you review a difficult borrower before I spend weeks showing them homes?
Yes. If income, credit, VA entitlement, or the property type looks complicated, send them to me first. A short review up front can save you a lot of showings that were never going to close.
